Job Description:
Major in Materials Engineering or a related field, with experience in high-pressure die casting and aluminum parts. Familiar with die-casting machines, die-casting processes, die-casting molds, materials science, and gating systems. Proficient in using quality analysis tools, project management tools, and continuous improvement tools for product management. For inquiries, please call 61711225. Job responsibilities include: setting technical objectives, controlling production processes, developing new products, drafting relevant technical documentation and standards, and analyzing casting defects.

1. The Head of the Assistive Technology Department shall achieve the department’s work objectives, implement the work plan, and formulate their own work plan.

2. The Head of the Auxiliary Technology Department formulates technical standards, controls production processes, and develops prototypes for new products, among other tasks.

3. Employ various diagnostic methods to identify issues in the production process, promptly provide feedback, and propose solutions for all types of technical problems encountered during production. Additionally, track and control the process flows involved in the development of new products.

4. Conduct technical analysis, summarize findings, and implement improvements to address issues and challenges affecting the quality of critical products as well as other mature products.

5. Other daily tasks of the technical department and other matters assigned by superiors;

6. In the development of new products, refine technical documents such as APQP and PPAP.

7. In the development of new products, finalize all previous technical improvements and confirm the successful development of the product; track the processing status of each batch of new products.

8. In the development of new products, be responsible for integrating external materials related to the project, responding to inquiries, and communicating with customers—until the product development is successfully completed, and all documents pertaining to the project are properly archived.

9. All members of the Technical Department shall analyze casting defects. For the processes that cause these defects, the responsible personnel shall follow up and implement improvements.

10. Be familiar with each process on-site and be responsible for preparing the “Work Instruction Manual”;

11. Promptly follow up on the product processing status, communicate with the processing technology department, improve product quality, and keep the defect rate within an acceptable range.

12. Conduct daily distribution analysis of product defects and develop short- and long-term corrective measures.
