On July 17, 2018, Chang'an Ford sta team organized Pt casting core suppliers to carry out Q1 MSA training in Qin'an training center. Q1 MSA is a tool for Ford to confirm the supplier's manufacturing site capability, help Ford and suppliers jointly find improvement opportunities, promote continuous improvement, and improve the supplier's quality system and manufacturing site capability. Wang Cheng, the lecturer sta manager, and Qiu Jiacheng, the manager consultant, are heat treatment experts and senior casting experts respectively. The two lecturers have a deep understanding of Q1 requirements and Q1 MSA and rich on-site review experience. The training focuses on the requirements of standard terms such as product development, staff preparation, sub supplier management, manufacturing process and continuous improvement, which are described in combination with the actual performance of suppliers. The core teams of our company in technology, quality and production, as well as representatives of middle and senior management, and representatives of Companies in the same industry Yumei and Nemak also participated in this training. At the same time, we learned from each other and exchanged experience during the training, which improved our in-depth understanding and understanding of Q1 MSA and improved our ability to better meet customer requirements.
