At the start of the annual meeting, Yu Yang, General Manager of Qin’an Shares, delivered a summary covering four key areas: an industry review, the company’s performance and strategic positioning, future challenges and opportunities, and the priority focus areas for 2026.
In 2025, the automotive industry will face a complex situation characterized by both rising overall volume and mounting pressures. Adhering to the prudent business philosophy of “expanding outward while pioneering new frontiers,” the company is pursuing a dual-track strategy of “merger and acquisition-based control” and “strategic partnerships” to build a business ecosystem driven by synergies among “core automotive components, high-end vacuum coating, and high-end sensors.”
2026 is a pivotal year for Qin’an Shares to implement its strategy and achieve breakthroughs. He stated that the company will focus on advancing four core initiatives: quality management, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, information technology development, and the deep integration of Yigao Optoelectronics. We will drive development through innovation and remain steadfast in our commitment to practical action.

At this year’s annual conference, the company presented the “2025 Star-Shining Best Application Award,” the “2025 Star-Shining Outstanding Employee Award,” the “2025 Star-Shining Outstanding Manager Award,” the “2025 Star-Shining Chairman’s Special Award,” and the “2025 Star-Shining Outstanding Team Award,” all aimed at recognizing employees who have made outstanding contributions to Qin’an Shares. This not only serves as an acknowledgment of their hard work over the past year but also inspires everyone to join forces in the future and create even greater achievements.

The annual conference featured an online vote for the “Most Popular Performance Award.” Spectacular performances from various departments took turns on stage, offering attendees a visual and auditory feast.
The lucky draw was presented in a novel and unique online rolling-draw format. As each prize was revealed one by one, the lucky winners took to the stage to claim their awards, accompanied by continuous applause and cheers from the audience.
