On February 9, 2026, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Chongqing Qin’an Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qin’an Shares” or the “Company”) and Zhi Lai Embodied was held at the headquarters of Qin’an Shares. During the signing ceremony, the two parties engaged in an in-depth exchange on topics including intelligent embodied applications, the construction of fully automated digital and intelligent factories, and electronic skin for dexterous hands.
Zhilai Embodied Intelligence Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company focused on embodied intelligence, industrial robotics, and AI algorithms. Its core offerings include the research and development and application of robotic perception, position control, force control, and intelligent end-effectors. Commercial products primarily include flying-camera inspection robots, ironing robots, polishing robots, assembly robots, and φ-ultra-control machines. 。
At the signing ceremony, Yu Yang, General Manager of the company, stated that Qin’an Shares, as a leading publicly listed company in the automotive die-casting components sector, has been deeply engaged with major automakers for many years and boasts an extensive product portfolio as well as numerous potential application scenarios. The company has always driven industrial upgrading through technological innovation. With the establishment of this strategic partnership, in addition to continuing to promote its existing visual inspection robots, the company will fully open up its ZhiLai Embodied Intelligence platform to partners, working together to identify and address key pain points, focusing on quality improvement and workforce optimization. We hope that ZhiLai Embodied Intelligence can leverage its advanced AI algorithms and embodied intelligence technologies to quickly deploy robots into real-world operations, thereby further accelerating the company’s transformation toward intelligent manufacturing.
Regarding the company’s expectations for cooperation and development needs, Yu Qiong, Chairperson of Zhilai Jushi, stated that Zhilai Jushi will remain true to its original aspiration of creating substantial new productivity, always putting customers’ pain points first. In the future, in areas such as polishing robots and assistive operational robots, Zhilai Jushi will fully support the company in achieving its goal of building a fully automated, digital, and intelligent factory.
