On May 10, 2018, Chongqing Qinan Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (Qinan Shares, SH.603758) held its 2017 Annual General Meeting in Chongqing, which was a complete success.
This shareholders’ meeting was the first annual shareholders’ meeting held by Qin’an Shares since its A-share listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on May 17, 2017. The meeting was chaired by Chairman YUANMING TANG. Attendees included: company shareholders and their proxies, all members of the company’s board of directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel, representatives from the sponsor, Great Wall Securities, representatives from Wan Shang Tianqin Law Firm, and media representatives from publications including the Shanghai Securities Journal, China Securities Journal, Securities Times, and Securities Daily. The meeting adopted a combined approach of on-site voting and online voting to deliberate on the proposals, and all eleven proposals were unanimously approved.
