Released on February 8: The Li Auto L7 unveils a brand-new body color.

Recently, Li Auto officially unveiled a new body color for the Li Auto L7—the Dawn Red. This color also marks Li Auto’s first warm-toned paint finish. The new vehicle is scheduled to be officially launched at 8 p.m. on February 8. Notably, the Li Auto L7 may introduce an additional AIR model below the MAX and PRO trims, further lowering the entry barrier for potential buyers.
Judging from the official images released, the new vehicle’s overall exterior design remains unchanged; the only difference is that the body color has been updated to a warm shade called “Dawn Red.” According to Li Auto’s official statement, this red is the first warm-toned paint used in the Li Auto L series. “Dawn Red” boasts vibrant and energetic visual characteristics, further emphasizing that home is where we welcome the sunlight—and Dawn Red, in particular, is a color imbued with love and hope.
Currently, the Ideal L7 is priced between 339,800 and 379,800 yuan. It’s a mid-to-large-size SUV positioned as a “new flagship five-seat family vehicle.” In terms of body dimensions, the new model measures 5,050 mm in length, 1,995 mm in width, and 1,750 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,005 mm. Previously, there were reports suggesting that the Ideal L7 might launch an entry-level model that omits features such as air suspension and electric suction doors, with a price around 300,000 yuan. This model would be positioned below the MAX and PRO trims and would be called the AIR.
